There is direct access to the balcony leading down to the pool area.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, as well as the usual oven, hob and fridge/freezer, and is fully equipped with a range of quality crockery and cutlery. There is a balcony overlooking the mountains of Monchique.

There is a balcony leading down to the large private terrace and pool area. This is not shared with another property and is fully for the private use of this apartment. There are several sun loungers for when you want to laze in the sun, a dining table seating 6 , and a comfortable sofa and chairs for relaxing during the day (either in the sun or in the shade of the palm tree) or enjoying a late night snack and drinks!

Porches is a lovely town, situated approximately 35-40 minutes from Faro airport, between Armacao de Pera and Carvoeiro. There are a variety of beautiful beaches 5 minutes drive from the villa, and the town is a 5 minute stroll, where you will find a range of restaurants, cafes, cars, supermarkets, banks, hair dressers, pharmacy - everything you may need!

There are multiple award winning golf courses within a 5-10 minute radius, and all major attractions (Zoomarine, Slide and Splash etc) are within 5-10 minute drive. The central location ensures that taxis are an option if you don't want to drive.
