The quarter share property scheme is where each property is shared between up to four separate owners. Each owner is allocated a letter (A, B, C or D) which relates to specific dates that they have use of the property. The dates are on a four year cycle and always include 2 weeks over July and August for each owner.

Condominium fees are shared equally between the owners, and each sharer pays for their own utility bills. This is a fabulous way to start your overseas ownership. It is not a timeshare - you will own and be on the deeds for the property you purchase, together with the other owners.

Located overlooking the blue water of the Atlantic Ocean, Rocha Brava has 23 hectares of beautifully maintained gardens, 410 properties (a mix of villas, apartments and townhouses) pools, tennis courts and pathways for you to explore. This complex is not only positioned near some of the most fantastic beaches in Portugal but is also a stone’s throw away from some championship standard golf courses.

There are three swimming pools open all year round and during the months October to end of April one pool is covered and heated, enabling you to enjoy a swim any time of the year.

If you would like to visit the town of Carvoeiro, with its numerous restaurants, cafes and bars, there is a resort shuttle bus which can take you there and pick you up, although it is an easy downhill walk into town, with plenty of taxis and Ubers available if you don't want to walk back!
