I have for rent in December 2026 for minimum 12 months rental the following (possibly ground floor available September 2026):

Beautiful villa in Porches (near the old town) in quiet residential road, two minutes drive to Nobel School Lagoa, five minutes drive to the beach, two minutes drive to excellent range of restaurants, supermarkets etc. and less than ten minutes walking distance to the local cafes, restaurants, supermarket in old town Porches.

On the ground floor there is a large, air conditioned sitting room with open plan kitchen. There are large doors to a spacious terrace which leads into the pool terrace. There is also a door from the kitchen onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave etc. There are two large storage rooms. There are two bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, and a separate family bathroom. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and access to a private terrace.

The first floor property can be accessed either from an external, separate front door, or via an internal door connecting the two properties. This leads to a staircase taking you to the first floor.
There is a large, air conditioned, dual aspect sitting room, with doors leading to a balcony with stairs leading down to the pool terrace.

If you are interested in taking this house from December 2026, it is possible to view now, make a deposit and a contract will be drawn up. There is also the possibility of taking the ground floor property from August/September 2026. This type of property is rarely available. It can be utilised as two separate properties (for a family plus grand parents - giving plenty of privacy) or as a single property utilising the downstairs bedrooms as an office, playroom etc. if 5 bedrooms are not required.
