Located overlooking the blue water of the Atlantic Ocean, Rocha Brava has 23 hectares of beautifully maintained gardens, 410 properties (a mix of villas, apartments and townhouses) pools, tennis courts and pathways for you to explore. This complex is not only positioned near some of the most fantastic beaches in Portugal but is also a stone’s throw away from some championship standard golf courses.

There are three swimming pools open all year round and during the months October to end of April one pool is covered and heated, enabling you to enjoy a swim any time of the year.

In addition to the pools, there are tennis and pickleball courts, an indoor and outdoor gym, mini golf, and table tennis for people who like to keep fit.

There is also an on site supermarket, an excellent restaurant, pool side snack bar and a coffee shop.

Just outside the resort, are several restaurants offering a variety of menus.

There is an active Owner's Group, who meet up on site every Thursday evening in person at "Owner's Drinks", or on a Zoom call if out of Portugal.

If you would like to visit the town of Carvoeiro, with its numerous restaurants, cafes and bars, there is a resort shuttle bus which can take you there and pick you up, although it is an easy downhill walk into town, with plenty of taxis and Ubers available if you don't want to walk back!
