There are feature steps leading to the kitchen, with a small balcony overlooking the sitting room, plus a useful storage area (currently with washing machine and boiler). In the kitchen there are a range of cupboards, fridge/freezer, hob and oven.

The kitchen has one door opening onto a small balcony to the front of the property, and a second door leading to a small terrace and an iron spiral stair case leading to the roof terrace. The roof terrace has plenty of room for sunbeds, table and chairs, and has the added benefit of great sea views to one side (the photos do not do it justice!) and to the other side views of the resort gardens. This space is fabulous for a morning coffee, entertaining in an evening, or simply soaking up the sun during the day.

The property is sold fully furnished and is a short walk to all the amenities of the site - tennis, pickleball, gym, indoor heated and outdoor pools, coffee shop (with live entertaining during the summer months), pool bar, restaurant, supermarket, mini golf, table tennis - the list is endless!

The resort also offers a shuttle bus into town several times a day, 24 hour reception and evening security. The Kids Club runs from Easter until October half term, and there are many classes for adults and children at the gym and tennis courts.

A 10 minute walk takes you to the local beach - 25 minutes gets you into the ever popular town of Carvoeiro with its fabulous restaurants, bars and cafes. The golf courses are within 5-25 minutes drive depending on where you prefer to play, and there are multiple supermarkets within a 5-10 minute drive (as well as two local supermarket a few minutes walk from the apartment). There are a number of well regarded restaurants within 2-5 minutes walk from Rocha Brava.

Faro Airport is around 50 minutes drive, the shopping centres of Portimao and Guia are around 15-25 minutes drive.
